Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the WhatsApp Dashboard service (the "Service"). It is part of our Terms of Service. Violation of this AUP is a material breach of those Terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, without refund and without notice.

1. You must not use the Service to send messages that are:

  • Unsolicited. You must only message contacts who have given explicit, recorded opt-in consent to receive messages from you on WhatsApp. We do not allow cold outreach lists, scraped contacts, or purchased databases.
  • Misleading or fraudulent. Phishing, scams, fake invoices, fake delivery notifications, fake account-recovery prompts, impersonation of a person or organisation you do not represent.
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusive. Including doxxing, stalking, or coordinated harassment campaigns.
  • Hateful or discriminatory. Content targeting people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or serious illness.
  • Sexually explicit or related to minors in any sexual context.
  • Promoting violence or terrorism, or recruitment for violent extremist organisations.
  • Illegal in your jurisdiction or the recipient's. Drug sales, weapon sales, gambling without licensure, evasion of sanctions, counterfeit goods, etc.
  • Infringing intellectual property or sharing copyrighted material you don't have the right to distribute.
  • Containing malware, exploits, or links to malicious sites.

2. Technical abuse

  • Do not attempt to bypass the per-job, hourly, or daily ceilings, the minimum delay floors, or the quiet-hours enforcement. These exist to protect linked numbers from being banned.
  • Do not attempt to access workspaces, chats, or accounts that are not yours.
  • Do not probe, scan, or stress-test the Service without our prior written consent. Coordinated security research is welcome — email security@superhyre.com first.
  • Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service, except where this restriction is unenforceable under applicable law.
  • Do not run automated agents or scripts on top of the Service except via the official API endpoints.

3. WhatsApp policy compliance

Even where messages do not violate this AUP, you remain responsible for compliance with WhatsApp's own Terms of Service, Business Policy, and Commerce Policy. We do not warrant that your use of the Service complies with WhatsApp's policies, and we are not responsible for any number bans that result.

4. Reporting abuse

If you receive an abusive message from a number that was likely sent through the Service, email abuse@superhyre.com with the message and the sender's number. We investigate every report and will suspend the originating workspace pending investigation.

5. Enforcement

We may, at our sole discretion and without notice, take any of the following actions when we believe this AUP has been violated:

  • Issue a warning
  • Suspend bulk-send for the workspace
  • Suspend the entire workspace
  • Terminate the account and delete encrypted data
  • Refer the matter to law enforcement
